The Holy Spirit and the Tree of Life (Human Subtle Energy System)
In terms of the Tree of Life, the Christ Consciousness becomes manifest, when the River of the Water of Life, which is the energy of Kundalini, awakens and flows, thus clearing and cleansing the person's psychosomatic system

Christ Jesus spoke about how we need to be connected to the Tree of Life, if we
are to bear much fruit. He explained this in terms of a parable about the Vine
and the branches:
"I am the Vine; you are the branches. They who abide in Me and I in them; they
bear much fruit, but apart from Me [Christ Consciousness] you can do nothing."
(Christ Jesus - John 15:5)
[Christ Consciousness, which is also called collective consciousness, is the
true light that enlightens every human being that comes into the world. In terms
of the Tree of Life (the Psychosomatic System or Subtle System), the Christ
Consciousness becomes manifest, when the River of the Water of Life, which is
the energy of Kundalini, awakens and flows, thus clearing and cleansing the
person's psychosomatic system, so they become 'whiter than snow'. Through the
Grace of God, the person's spirit is healed when they are raised to the Kingdom
of God within. However, it is only possible for the Christ Consciousness to
manifest within human beings in the first place, because of this very inbuilt
subtle system, that the Bible calls the Tree of Life! As the psychosomatic
system is the Mind/Body system, here is some information regarding the Nervous
System, which is the electrical conduction system of the body, over which the
Kundalini energy flows in its own energy channels, in order to enlighten it,
with the Light of God, so that the person becomes 'Christ Conscious', which
means that they become part and parcel of the Body of God... that is,
"collectively conscious"]:
"The Nervous system is the electrical system of the body. It connects the brain
with the organs. It is an internal communication system that relays signals with
short electrical impulses. The Nervous system is made up of the brain, spinal
cord and the nerves. The peripheral nervous system is made up of the nerves,
which extend to all parts of the body. The brain and spine make up the central
nervous system. The skull and spine are designed to protect the central nervous
system. Our nervous system helps our body to respond to the environment. Our
nervous system is the center for consciousness, memory, reasoning and emotions.
Health issues related to the nervous system are stress, insomnia, depression,
headaches, anxiety, nervous disorders and multiple sclerosis."

"Nadis are subtle conduits of pranic lifeforce energy. There are thousands of
nadis in the body, fourteen of which are considered to be principal and three
the Ida, Pingala, and Sushumna the most important. Of these three principal
nadis, the Sushumna is also known as the great nadi, whose subtle interior or
hollow passage is the channel for the movement of the Kundalini.
The sushumna is situated within the spinal column in the interior canal, and
extends from the 1st Chakra - the Muladhara at the base of the spine all the way
up to the 7th Chakra - the thousand petalled lotus at the top of the brain.
To the left of the Sushumna is the Ida and to the right is the Pingala. The Ida
and Pingala entwine the Sushumna from left to right and right to left in the
movement upward going around the Chakras (very similar to the spiraling
configuration of the body's DNA structure). It is also interesting to note that
the American Medical Association uses an ancient metaphysical symbol of two
entwining snakes rising upward around a central staff, indicative exactly of the
healing and liberating power of the Kundalini's upward ascent within the human

[The theme of the Tree of Life in the Bible carries right through from Genesis
to Revelation. It seems clear though, that God has kept the knowledge of the
Tree of Life, that is, the knowledge of the Human Subtle System, from the mass
of humanity, until this present Time of Resurrection (and Last Judgment) in
which many have already experienced their bodily resurrection. This bodily
resurrection happens when our physical 'corruptible body' is changed in the
twinkling of an eye, to an 'incorruptible body' that leads to our having eternal
life. According to Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, our genes are changed in this
twinkling of an eye, when the Kundalini arises in us! It can only happen, while
we are still alive in our physical bodies. If this did not occur while we are in
our physical bodies (just like Christ was in his physical body), it would not be
considered a resurrection! This is the Resurrection!]:
"When the Kundalini rises, She pierces through the fontanelle bone area and
connects us to this all-pervading power of Divine love, which is doing all the
living work for which we do not need to pay. We are not obliged and in no way do

[As stated above, the theme of the Tree of Life in the Bible carries right
through from Genesis to Revelation, and until this present time, the knowledge
of the Human Subtle System (the Tree of Life) seems to have been kept from human
beings, until the appointed Time of Resurrection, when mankind would be able to
partake of the Tree of Life, and eat, and live for ever]:
"The tree of life is a theme which spans the globe and permeates the great
religions of the world. The Bible begins in Genesis and ends in the book of
Revelation with the tree of life. In Genesis we are told that God forbade man
from the tree of life:
Then the LORD God said, "Behold, the man has become like one of us, knowing good
and evil; and now, lest he put forth his hand and take also of the tree of life,
and eat, and live for ever" ...He drove out the man; and at the east of the
garden of Eden he placed the cherubim, and a flaming sword which turned every
way, to guard the way to the tree of life. (Genesis 3:22; 24)
So we see that God is keeping man from the tree of life, or that is, He is
keeping man from partaking of the tree (understanding it) until an appointed
time. In the book of Revelation the tree of life is given twelve fruits and we
are told that whoever partakes of the tree will gain life everlasting:
Then he showed me the river of the water of life, bright as crystal, flowing
from the throne of God and of the Lamb through the middle of the street of the
city; also, on either side of the river, the tree of life with its twelve kinds
of fruit, yielding its fruit each month; and the leaves of the tree were for the
healing of the nations. There shall no more be anything accursed, but the throne
of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and his servants shall worship him; they
shall see his face, and his name shall be on their foreheads. And night shall be
no more; they need no light of lamp or sun, for the Lord God will be their
light, and they shall reign for ever and ever. And he said to me, "These words
are trustworthy and true. And the Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets,
has sent his angel to show his servants what must soon take place. And behold, I
am coming soon." Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy of this book.
(Revelation 22:1-7)
So we see that the tree of life is to be explained at the time of the second
coming of Christ."

[Here is John the Revelator's account of an angel showing him these things, at
the previous dispensation of God's Grace]:
"And I, John, am the one who heard and saw these things. And when I heard and
saw, I fell down to worship at the feet of the angel who showed me these things.
And he said to me, "Do not do that; I am a fellow servant of yours, and of your
brethren the prophets, and of those who heed the words of this book; Worship
God." (Revelations 22:8-9)
[What the angel revealed to John the Revelator about the subtle energy system
within human beings, at the last dispensation of God's Grace, was obviously not
common knowledge at that time, or the angel wouldn't have had to reveal it!
However, we know what it means today! The angel had revealed to John about the
Kundalini, which is (the River of the Water of Life), about Sushumna Nadi, which
is (in the middle of its street) and about the Ida Nadi and Pingala Nadi, which
are the channels for the flow of energy (on either side of the River)... all of
which are part of the Subtle Energy System, that is the (Tree of Life) within
human beings!!!]:
"And he [the angel] showed me a River of the Water of Life, clear as crystal,
coming from the Throne of God and of the Lamb. In the middle of its street and
on either side of the river was the Tree of Life bearing twelve kinds of fruit,
yielding its fruit every month; and the leaves of the tree were for the healing
of the nations. And there shall no longer be any curse; and the Throne of God
and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His bond-servants shall serve Him; and they
shall see His face, and His name will be written on their foreheads."
(Revelations 22:1-4)
[There is a very interesting correlation between Shri Mataji telling Sahaja
Yogis about the "twelve Deities" and the angel showing John the Tree of Life's
"twelve kinds of fruit". Here is what Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi told Sahaja
Yogis]:
"You've all the "twelve Deities" there, working for you, so realising it, is the
meaning that you must have complete faith in yourself." (Shri Mataji Nirmala
Devi—Puja Talk—Margate, England—08/10/89)
[Here is what the Angel showed to John the Revelator]:
"In the middle of its street and on either side of the river was the Tree of
Life bearing "twelve kinds of fruit", yielding its fruit every month [in cycles]
and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations." (Revelations
22:2)
Upon Kundalini Awakening, the Deities that reside on each chakra, awaken and
take their 'crowning seats' at Sahasrara, which is at the crown of the head. All
the "twelve Deities" that Shri Mataji says are working for us, spontaneously
emit their respective spiritual qualities within us. This is very reminiscent of
the "twelve kinds of fruit" on the Tree of Life, which the angel showed to John!
According to Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, the Deities sit on the crown of the head
at Sahasrara, which is the area around which the leaves of the
1000-petalled-lotus revolve, in their living array of breathtaking colour! The
various aspects of Deity are 'built-in' within us! This is why it says in the
Bible, that we are the temple of the Holy Spirit!
"SAHAJA YOGA" is the science of our subtle human body, which explains how the
very desire of being united with God is built-in within human beings as the
"KUNDALINI SHAKTI" which creates them [human beings]. Our human body is created
in the form of Virat, The Great Collective Being [Body of God]. The various
aspects of Deity are also built-in within the human body. These manifest in the
form of the nervous systems (Nadis or channels, that is, the network of energy
flow) and Chakras (wheels, the subtle centers of energy). These deities control
the organs, the vital functions, physical, mental, emotional and the spiritual
well-being of every person. The Chakras represent the different stages of human
evolution and each shines forth the particular qualities of the Virat. On each
Chakra, resides the controlling Deity who incarnated to manifest those qualities

"Each of the seven chakras has several spiritual qualities. These qualities are
intact within us, and even though they might not always be manifest, they can
never be destroyed. When the Kundalini is awakened, these qualities start
manifesting spontaneously and express themselves in our life. Thus, through
regular meditation, we become automatically very dynamic, creative, confident
and at the same time very humble, loving and compassionate. It is a process
which starts to develop by itself when the Kundalini rises and starts to nourish
our chakras."

[The Bible also lists some of these spiritual qualities, which manifest
spontaneously, when the desire of God is awakened in us]:
"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness,

[According to Shri Mataji, Wisdom itself becomes activated in us, when the
Deities are with us]:
"Wisdom itself is active, because the Deities are with you, and whatever happens
to you, they are before you. Nobody can harm you, nobody can touch you. You are
so protected that [if] anyone tries to harm you, immediately there is a
protection. Also your own protection is there, as I said, that [happens because]

[In Proverbs, it is said, that nothing compares to this Wisdom, which is the
'Tree of Life' within the person]:
"How blessed is the person who finds Wisdom, and the person who [therefore]
gains understanding. For Her profit is better than the profit of silver, and Her
gain [finer] than gold. She is more precious than jewels; and nothing you desire
compares with Her. She is a Tree of Life to those who take hold of Her and happy
are all who hold Her fast. (Proverbs 3:13-15;18)
[The Psalmist agrees]:
"And they will be like a tree firmly planted by streams of water which yields
its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither, and in whatever they do,
they prosper." (Psalm 1:3)
[The angel also revealed to John, that any curse [sin/karma] would be taken
away, as the Throne of God and the Lamb shall be in it!]:
"And there shall no longer be any curse; and the Throne of God and of the Lamb
shall be in it, and His bond-servants shall serve Him; and they shall see His
face, and His name will be written on their foreheads." (Revelation 22:1-4)
[However, Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi does warn that]:
"Once you get the realization, the 'Chiranjivas' surrender to you. They are
watching you. You are their responsibility. All the deities are awakened in you.
If you do anything against the deities, immediately they will harm you. [For
example], if a person who has got realization, goes to a place which is not to
be seen or which is not to be felt or which is not a good place, or to a fake
Guru, immediately he will feel heated up. If he does not run away and if he
still goes on, he will lose his vibrations and he will become like any other

"By the practice of "Sahaja Yoga" the great energy (Shakti) is awakened in you
and you achieve "Self-realisation" which is the ultimate aim of human existence.
Without this, the meaning of life is incomplete and its purpose is lost. So it
is the duty of every body to get self-realisation in this lifetime and free one
self from great illusion, ignorance and diseases in these modern times. "Sahaja

"A new age has now started, which is called the Age of Aquarius; (Khumba)
meaning the pitcher carrier of spiritual holy water, that is the work of
Kundalini. The activity of the Kundalini is like the sap of the tree that rises
and nourishes all the parts of the tree and does not get stuck at one flower.
Moreover these are special times. This is the Resurrection Time!!! The Last
Judgment is done by the Kundalini. On the fingertips, one can feel oneself and
can judge oneself. Moreover, the all-pervading power has become very activated,
so that the Kali Yuga ([Modern Times) is passing into the Krita Yuga of (the
activated all-pervading power of) Brahma Chaitanya. This is helping the en-masse
enlightenment and self realisation. After this, will be Satya Yuga (Age of
Truth). We have to take advantage of this activity of the Brahma Chaitanya by
always correcting oneself with the all-pervading power and achieving our
realisation and establishing it. After such a state, a person becomes very
dynamic and compassionate. His race, sex, nationality and age do not hamper his
